B. Product Information and Disclosures (Niche Focus)

• Found Items Condition: All 'Found' items are vintage, antique, or second-hand and sold in "as-is" condition. Imperfections, wear, and patina are inherent characteristics of the piece's history and are not considered defects. It is the customer's responsibility to review the photographic evidence and detailed condition reports prior to purchase, as reliance is placed solely on this documentation.

• Finished Items Artistry: All 'Finished' items (miniatures, BookNooks, art) are one-of-a-kind, handcrafted works of art. Minor variations from the photographic display may occur, confirming their unique, handmade nature.

• Dimensions: All dimensions and weights provided are approximate. Please allow for standard industry margins of error (typically up to 5%).

C. Orders, Pricing, and Stock

• Stock (Unique Items): All products are one-of-a-kind. If a product is simultaneously ordered, the order secured by the first cleared payment will secure the item. In all other cases, a full refund will be immediately issued.

• Pricing Errors: We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund in the event of a pricing or product description error.

• Payment Terms: All prices are listed in AUD and are inclusive of GST (if applicable).

• Copyright: All content, including product photography, descriptions, site design, and the original designs of 'Finished' goods, is the copyright of Velvet Clove: Found & Finished.
